If you are new here, welcome to my seventh blog traffic report. In these blog traffic reports, I try to show you how my traffic did in the past month and a sum result of how the blog is doing thus far.
Here is the last one, for your viewing pleasure.
I do this for a few reasons:
It helps me keep track of my own progress
It creates a reference point for me to look back and expand on
It shows whoever is starting out their blogging journey to know what to expect
It can be quite inspiring to know you are not alone in whatever stage you are
Some things that are important to notice:
I use Wix as my chosen blogging software because I like the ease of messing with it. Besides, I like other features such as their SEO Assistant. I saw their ads, had already heard about them, tried it out, and liked it. It's as simple as that.
I don't use any paid traffic strategies, as I plan to develop this blog organically for as long as I see fit.
I use Pinterest to promote my posts and as of this month, I started an Instagram account
Let's dive into this month's blog traffic report
Wix Traffic Overview
Getting back on track while updating Instagram and Pinterest has been quite fruitful. Although it's not much, if you've been keeping up with the blog traffic reports, you'll know that organic movement is not easy to get. That being said, Insta is helping.
Google's Search Console
People mainly found the blog on Google when looking for traffic reports, such as the one you are reading now, as well as the blog-related content.
Since I started on Google's Search Console, I've had a total of 18 organic clicks and 458 impressions. Although it's obvious now, I realized that the blog has more visitors because not all of them come from Google and that's why the numbers are different.
I've been more disappointed with Pinterest lately, as I'm no longer able to post every weekday as I was doing when I first started. And even then, I was getting the views, not followers I was looking for, or enough people clicking the blog link on my bio.
I'll keep posting there, but Instagram has my full attention at the moment.
This month, this is the post that did the best, and honestly, I was surprised. I was, however, super proud of the art I created for this post.
As you can see, I couldn't set the same dates I usually use in these traffic reports. As I started the blog on May 22nd, I like to get results from the 23rd of the previous month to the 22nd of the current month.
Of course, for the first Insta report, the dates will be exclusively December.
I currently have 17 posts and 14 followers.
All-time results and final thoughts
As I've always been saying, every single step forward is a good step.
Since starting the blog, in May 2023, I've had:

Unique visitors: 44
